⭕ The project includes conducting a feasibility study and carrying out necessary work, with approvals from relevant parties already obtained

⭕ The Minister of Energy's proposal to implement the project using Ceylon Petroleum Corporation funds has been approved by the Cabinet, ensuring no burden on the General Treasury
