⭕ Tax-free threshold raised: Rs. 100,000 → Rs. 150,000/month
⭕ First tax bracket: Rs. 500,000 → Rs. 1 million @ 6% rate
tax break compared to current taxes according to the president:
⭕ Rs. 150,000/month: 100% tax-free
⭕ Rs. 200,000/month: 71%
⭕ Rs. 250,000/month: 61%
⭕ Rs. 300,000/month: 47%
⭕ Rs. 350,000/month: 25.5% *
