⭕ Deep depression over SW Bay of Bengal will intensify into a cyclonic storm on Nov 27.

⭕ Heavy rain (>200mm) in Northern, North-Central, Eastern, Central, Uva, Southern provinces & Puttalam.

⭕ Strong winds: 60-70 km/h; & Rough to very rough in sea areas expected.

⭕ Swell waves: 2.5–3.0 m off Batticaloa to Kankasanthurai via Trincomalee.

⭕Avoid deep and shallow sea areas until further notice.
⭕Stay vigilant from Nov 26-27.
