🚨 Nomination Rejected for Ashen Senarathna 🇱🇰
⭕ Popular YouTuber Ashen Senarathna’s independent group’s nomination was rejected by the Election Commission (EC) due to submission by an unauthorized individual.
⭕ Senarathna stated he was present but was instructed to wait outside while another candidate submitted the papers.
⭕ According to the Election Act, for an independent group, the group leader is responsible for handing over nominations; if unavailable, the second in the nomination list can take over.
