📊 Presidential Election 2024: The 2nd Vote Intentions 🇱🇰
According to our earlier pre-election polls,
⭕ 35% of Ranil's voters say they'll cast their 2nd vote for Sajith Premadasa, while only 22% favor Anura Kumara Dissanayake (AKD).
⭕ This 13% gap translates to a 3-4% advantage for Sajith overall, significantly hurting AKD’s chances in a tight race if Sajith is 2nd.
⭕ People need to be educated on the fact that the first vote count does not guarantee a win; the last thing we want is election chaos over claims of a stolen election.
