Famous Sri Lankan model Piumi Hansamali, with 2.5M Instagram followers, is under investigation regarding her wealth after she purchased a Range Rover previously used by @GotabayaR.

⭕️ The CID has launched an investigation into Lollia Skin Care (Pvt) Ltd, reportedly Hansamali's main source of income.

⭕️ Lollia Skin Care (Pvt) Ltd was incorporated in April 2022, making it a relatively new company.

⭕️ Hansamali stated that her income came from selling 25,000 packs of facial cream at Rs. 35,000 each, totaling Rs. 875 million. The time period for these sales is unclear.

⭕️To put the Rs. 875M figure in perspective: Kapruka, "Sri Lanka's largest locally owned e-commerce enterprise", has reported annual local sales revenue of Rs. 656M for 2022/2023.
