⭕ 3 numbers were busy during multiple attempts, and 9 had a wait time of over 10 minutes ⏰.

⭕ Critical areas affected include anti-human trafficking, tourist information, and the Human Rights Commission 🇱🇰.

⭕ Officials at TRCSL say they monitor traffic to 3-4-digit shortcodes and request justification from relevant bodies if they're underutilised.

⭕ Some phone numbers might not be working if the phone bill hasn't been paid, according to TRCSL officials.

⭕ To obtain a 19XX shortcode, state institutions must pay Rs. 600,000 a year.
